The following conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the site. It is considered that each customer of this website has read and fully accepted the general conditions of sale presented here before placing an order. We reserve the right to change these terms over time. The conditions applicable to the order are those in force at the time the order is placed.
To make a purchase in our store
1. Register. We will confirm account creation by sending an email to the address provided during registration.
2. After selecting the product and clicking on BUY, enter the delivery address and, if necessary, enter the text of the wishes that can be attached to the gift. The text of the wishes will be copied by us, printed on white A4 paper, folded in half and placed in a white envelope which will be attached to the gift.
3. Pay for the product by choosing one of the payment methods we offer. We will confirm receipt of the transfer by e-mail. In the case of a bank transfer, the money is credited to the account the next working day, but it may take longer. Please consider this before purchasing.
4. The purchase will be confirmed by e-mail. When purchasing via PayPal, an email confirming the transfer will be sent within a few minutes. In the case of a bank transfer to the account, the information relating to the receipt of the transfer will be sent immediately after validation.
